Returns and Refunds

Items may be eligible for return when they are unused, complete, and reported within the return window shown on the order or product page.

Some products may be final sale, hygiene-sensitive, perishable, custom-made, or otherwise non-returnable where stated.

Customers can contact support with the order number, product name, reason for return, and photos where relevant.

Approved returns must be sent back according to the instructions provided by support.

Refunds are reviewed after returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible.

Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary after Hashmi Cart issues the refund.
