Helpful information

Order updates are sent to the email address used at checkout. If courier tracking is available, it will be shared after dispatch.

Registered customers can also review order history from their account dashboard.

Contact support with your order number and checkout email address. We will check payment, fulfillment, and delivery status for you.

If an order has not shipped yet, support can confirm whether it is still processing, awaiting payment, or waiting for stock validation.

If tracking is delayed, the parcel is damaged, or delivery details are incorrect, contact support as soon as possible.
